Voluntary Safety Report

This tool is to be used by the employees of our company for anonymous reporting of suspected safety risks. Any staff may use this report if he/she wants to announce a situation which could affect the company’s safety performance in any way or by any means.

The report will be delivered to the Safety Manager’s Inbox only.

All messages to the Safety Management are strictly confidential. Therefore, messages can be posted anonymously without providing your name. If you want to receive feedback concerning your report, you may (optionally) choose to provide your TLC.
In case you choose to use your TLC: Only if you explicitly agree, your identity will be disclosed outside of the Safety Department.

Important Note:
According to our “Safety Policy” it is ensured that by using this method no action will be taken against any employee who discloses a safety concern and no disciplinary action to be expected by any employee affected by a safety concern, unless it is a crime, gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
